Refurbishment Bridging Loan

Lending criteria:

  • Up to 70% LTV of property value (if owned) or purchase price
  • Up to 100% refurb costs of up to max 65% LTGDV
  • Max loan £500,000
  • Flexible terms from 3 to 24 months
  • Serviced or retained

Residential Development Finance

  • Residential only
  • Up to 70% of asset value on day one
  • 100% LTC
  • Maximum of 65% LTGDV
  • Max term 24 months
  • Max loan £1,000,000
  • Interest Serviced or retained

  • First legal charge over property

  • Personal guarantees of Directors/Principles
